Kerry admits some Iran deal funds will likely go to terror:

It seems it is becoming ROUTINE that I am gathering my 5th grade students together and quizzing them on the logic and rationality of what our government officials do. As of yet, they are as baffled as I am.
John Kerry and his boss admittedly knew before they handed over 1.7 billion dollars to Iran to free the hostages recently, that a good portion of that money would be going into Iran’s terrorists fund. Thanks for using good judgement fellas!!
In my opinion, many of the American citizens that travel to foreign countries, especially the suspect ones like Iran and the Land of the Bad Haircut, have no business being there. With that in mind; should it the responsibility of the taxpayers of the USA to pay billions of dollars for the release of these people if they become captured? I say hell NO.
It is just another unimaginable/backdoor/clandestine/dirty deal that Mr. O and his henchmen put together without going through the proper channels, like getting the approval of congress, when they decided to pay Iran 1.7 billion dollars for the release of American prisoners. When Obama took office, just like many of the other FOLKS that sat in the Big Chair before him, they threw out the rules books and did it their way.

Rep. Ed Royce, R-Calif., complained in a letter to Kerry that his committee was not consulted about the payment. The Obama administration claimed the agreement was made to settle a dispute with Iran over $400 million in frozen funds that dated back to 1979. The remaining $1.3 billion was described by the Obama administration as “interest”.
“It is unclear how this $1.7 billion payment is in the national security interests of the United States,” Royce wrote.
FOLKS, as good of an imagination as I have, it would be very difficult to make these things up. This was just one of the blunders that the 5th graders were dumbfounded over.
To my way of analyzing situations, this has to be one of most monumental botched operations of the Obama administration and they just walked away from it with no remorse or explanation. It is called Fast and Furious – Should have been labeled Slow and Stupid. Who can forget it??

So…what is Operation Fast and Furious?
Fast and Furious was a “gun-walking” operation conducted by the Phoenix, Arizona branch of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (or the ATF) from 2009 and 2011. The idea was to encourage licensed Arizona gun merchants to sell firearms to known criminals, in the hope that law enforcement would be able to then trace the weapons from Arizona as they crossed the border into Mexico, slowly making their way into the hands of bloodthirsty Mexican drug cartels. Fast and Furious was part of a broader series of investigations called Project Gunrunner, all of which had the collective long-term goal of halting the flow of weapons to criminals in Mexico. Arizona gun sellers sold about 2,000 weapons to “straw” buyers, often young kids lured by a reported $100 per transaction. The ATF lost track of an estimated 1,700 of those guns. One buyer aloneis reported to have purchased 600 of the weapons. In another incident, one buyer went on a spree, snapping up 34 firearms in about three weeks.
Essentially, what OUR administration did with Slow and Stupid, they repeated with the 1.7 billion dollar pay-off to Iran. They financed/armed the enemy so they could buy weapons to use against us and the rest of the world.
Slow and Stupid was sanctioned by Mr. O and his right hand man AG Eric Holder who made now apologies for their ridiculous, costly and deadly decision. This alone is absolute proof that our politicians are using the American people and their finances as play toys. These people are totally out of their league and have to have poorest advisers I have ever assembled. Based on some of their decision making, who can argue this point.
Going outside the box the way they do and not utilizing the best people we have in this country effectively, such as our great military leaders, is one of the reasons we have lost every war we have been in since WW II. The ego maniac politicians want to run the show and don’t know a rocket launcher from a sling shot.
When I told the 5th graders about Slow and Stupid; I had to summons the janitor with his bucket and swab to clean up all the piss on the floor. The kids laughing so hard they all wet their pants.
What other country in this world would give/sell at bargain basement prices to Mexican drug dealers 1,000’s of weapons in a irresponsible experiment that would eventually backfired on the USA and result in the death of kill one of our boarded guards?
Poncho and company killed Brian Terry one of our boarders guards with one of the weapons used in the gone awry sting operation? As far as I know there has never been any satisfaction, apology or compensation given to Terry’s family.
I wonder if the Casa Bianca sent one of their representatives to his funeral? I guess that is a stupid question.
I know I told this true story a few times before but it is so ridiculous and stupid it bears repeating.
Two guys I knew get into an argument in a bar – one guy pulls out a knife – guy # 2 complains to guy #1 that it is not fair him not having a knife – dummy #1 leaves the bar and returns 10 minutes later with another knife and gives it to dummy #2- you have to know the rest of the story – dummy #2 does a Zorro on dummy #1 and put him in sick bay for about a week.
Does that sound familiar? Essentially the USA dummy #1 is providing dummy #2 Iran the knife that dummy # 2 is going to use to cut the shit out of us. I can’t make this stuff up FOLKS.
One of the most astounding things about these situation; after the fact they are shoved in a closet, the door is sealed shut and eventually forgotten about; waiting for our leaders to pull another blunder. Never ever any accountability.
I have always maintained. Leave the sawing to the carpenter. If you don’t know what the hell you are doing, get a real expert in the field and ask them for advice. Only a fool operates with blinders on.
