Why the U.S. doesn’t have a government database of disciplined teachers

In 1997, West Virginia fifth-grade student Jeremy Bell died of what was believed to be a head injury while on a camping trip with the principal of his school, Edgar Friedrichs Jr.

Nearly eight years later, investigators determined it was not a head injury. Bell had been sexually abused and killed by his principal, according to state criminal records and documents filed in a subsequent federal lawsuit.

Probing deeper, officials realized Friedrichs had been dismissed by a Pennsylvania school for sexual misconduct allegations years earlier, but the school helped him get his job in West Virginia.

Take a look at this precious little boy and then the monster that killed him.  For scum like this guy, public hanging should be brought back. It may not stop degenerates like him but they may think twice before they act.

This kind of protection of moving one of theirs to another location to hide them is not unusual. They call it the good old boys club where they cover for one another.  If little Jeremy was one of the school officials kids, would they have hidden this degenerate in WVA the way they did?

The question was; why are teacher not scrutinized more before they are hired and why isn’t there a database set up to prevent some of these twisted minded people,  perverts and killers that sneak through the cracks.

The answer is they are in government workers and government workers are known in many cases for being expertise in intercoursing the canine, not being qualified for their positions and downright lazy. Did you ever walk around a government facility? It resembles the house of the Walking Dead.

The longer it takes these people to do a project or an assignment, the harder they make it look, the more they drag it out; this is job insurance to them.

The major problem is that the people on the top have been indoctrinated in the same manner as their workers, so what have been created is many generation of very lethargic, unmotivated people.

They all know, that short of killing their Ma Ma, it is a rare exception that anyone gets fired from a government job.  The old saying is; when they fuck up enough, they are either transferred – hidden somewhere in the back of a warehouse or they are promoted. 

All of this has a trickle down effect on the overall performance of our government in ever division.  Some, not all do not do their jobs properly. Consequently people and mistakes fall through the cracks.

I believe that tells the whole tale and is the long and the short of it.
