How to kill: America’s death penalty dilemma

I always try to use the easiest-most common-sense solutions to my problems. The more technical and sophisticated people try to make any conundrum ; the more problematic they become. Over thought many times is counter-productive.

Life does not have to be complicated to be functional. Many times, the more advanced we get; it is like a drunk trying to walk up a steep hill; they 3 steps forward and 4 back.

Lets address the issue of ridding the world of  people that need to pay the ultimate price for a crime they committed.  So many people have hidden agendas with their concerns by making a big issue out of the criminals final journey;  especially the ambulance chasers. Every-time they get a continuance to keep the bum alive, they keep salting the fees away in their coffee can.  The more stays of execution they are able to get, the more soldi they make. The more preposterous reasons they can come up with as to why Dillinger shouldn’t be put to sleep, they more money they make.

Did any of us ever ask themselves who is paying for the scumbags trial and his mouth pieces fees. Helloooooooooo; we are.  That is one of the reasons California is so broke because of all the legal fees associated with crime committed there and their criminal proceedings. Some high priced chasers get up word of 7 – 800 dollars an hour or more.  That is AN HOUR!!!! The clock even keeps ticking while they are lunch.

OJ The Butcher’s trial had to cost the taxpayers of the Sun Shine State 10’s of millions., that is on top of the 10 million he had to pay his Dream Team. When he beat the rap, many of his people celebrated in the streets.  We all know he is a killer that got away murder because he was a black athlete.  That is indicative of the mentality of some very twisted people that celebrated. Need you not forget FOLKS; your hero only dated white women!!!!! Who are the fools??????

When life was a lot less complicated, we had simple good people making good sound simple decisions. One such fella was Judge Roy Bean. They called him The Hanging Judge for a good reason.

The old boy sat in a saloon in the Old West behind a couple of whiskey barrels with a plank between them that he used for his judicial bench.  His gavel was him Colt 45.  There was no nonsense with Old Roy. In the front door – 15 minutes later found guilty and out the back door to a gallows he had waiting and ready for his customers.

Were there a few people that got their necks stretched that we innocent? Absolutely but that should not be the case today with the advent of the (Beyond a reasonable  A Doubt) technology DNA.

In the days when life was simple, the criminal didn’t get 20 years on death row with all of the amenities they have these days.  Now they have nothing but time on their hands to harass the judicial  system and pump iron.

I say that people are in prison for a reason. They have committed a crime and should have to Pay the Piper. When that door slams behind them, their rights should be left on the door-mat. Should the be treated humanely? Absolutely yes but not pampered.

Here is dude named Jonathan Lee Riches, federal prisoner (inmate #40948-018) that sued the government 2,600 times while he was in the slams. 2,600 times. He was better than Johnny Boy Cochran.

Through the years, some PC pathetics have fostered this type of behavior until it is totally out of control.

Simple life – simple solution. The more advanced society becomes the more problems we have. Much of what we see today with terrorists – pedophiles (some even that wear religious collars) –  Craig’s List murders – bulling – sex tapes – intrusions into our personal lives – Face Book (the most dangerous thing on the planet) – cameras on cell phones – the list is endless; they  all are partial contributors to crimes by the advancements in technology.

In that mix, some PC idiots are trying  to come up with a humane remedy of taking out the garbage. They are working their little PC asses off attempting to conjure up a more gentle/humane way of disposing of mass murderers – rapist – terrorist and the other scum bags that have been sentenced to death.

A few years back there was a  convict and his ambulance chaser that prolonged his execution on the grounds that the needle they were going to shove into his arm may not be sterile. Give me a ****** break. What is the difference, the scumbag will be dead in 10 minutes after they squeeze the plunger.

Think I make some of these things up??

This dude Clayton Lockett is just one of the many convicts that have committed horrendous crime and when it comes time for them to get their payback they squirm and sob like infants.

Conclusion: Let’s get back to the simple more practical times when we killed the perpetrators by firing squad – hanging them or some other expedient way and didn’t have to be so concerned about their rights.

Where were the rights of their victims when they pulled the trigger on – slit  their throats – blew up a train station – murdered their family –  slaughtered 20 kids in a school; the list is endless. Where were those victims rights????

I know I am pissing up a rope trying to convince the PC-ers of this world who are not playing with a full deck but I will keep trying. If I just turn a couple of heads with my soap box preaching, I will have achieved part of my mission.
