Why would the French President Francois Hollande dismiss a controversial bill that would have stripped convicted terrorists with dual nationality of their French citizenship?

Possibly he would hate to see them leave France or have the ability to get back in if they leave??????

These proposals were made to change the constitution and strengthen emergency powers following the November terror attacks in Paris that killed 130 people.

This man went from furry to his usual pacifist nature in a short amount of time.  It makes no sense at all. The terrorists should be stripped of everything they have including their epidermis.
