Me – Me – I – I – Me – Me – I – I:
One of the things that always bothered me are self-absorbed people. When you talk to them about work related or other performance based issues it is always; Me – Me – I – I – Me – Me – I – I.

One smart Dude was Arnold Bennett
These ego maniacs come in all shapes and sizes but to me they are all LITTLE people. They need that ego boost they get out of their braggadocios dialog; Me – Me – I – I – Me – Me – I – I. All you hear from them in conversation about work is; my people – I have 23 people working for me ; Me – Me – I – I – Me – Me – I – I.
They have a hard time grasping in their pea brains, because of their egocentric personalities, it is not them alone that make the team, the company, the organization or the government, it is the people that work under their supervision that make them look good.
Every-time I hear one those egocentric chest beaters use those terms; Me – Me – I – I – Me – Me – I – I, it bothers me. All they are doing is demonstrating their ignorance. People work WITH people not for them.

I worked with one such people years back. He had the balls to insist that I worked for him. I told him to kiss my ass; I work for my family not you. No he didn’t fire me, I made too much money for the company.
It is a team effort in all walks of life that make the world go around, not just a few individuals efforts. A good boss will not be a Me – Me – I – I – Me – Me – I – I person; they will be an US and WE person.
If a person excels in anything, they do not have to blow their own horn, someone else will do it for them.
