‘Affluenza’ teen gets nearly 2 years in jail

The long arm of the law and justice finally prevailed by caughing up with The Affluenza Kid and threw his pampered ass in the slams for two years but not nearly long enough for his irresponsible actions when he killed four people.

In order to make this little arrangement complete, I think his ignorant parents, the people that created this little monster such be sitting on his lap behind bars. Sitting on their lap should be the brain dead judge that handed down the ridiculous sentence, 10 years probation.  She is a disgraced to humanity, her robe and the in-justice system. 

We all know the story about these pathetic PC parents that spoiled their brat so rotten, given him everything he ever asked for.  The judge in  his murder trial felt that junior was  unable to distinguish  right from wrong because of his elaborate upbringing – letting him off with virtually no time to serve; thus coining the word affluenza.

I’ve made many suggestions along since I signed on Word Press as the Commander and Chief – not to be confused with the Commander in Chief.

One of my suggestions was ; ALL criminal penalties across the board in the country, in ever state – county – township and bow dung little town  should be absolutely the same. If you spit on the sidewalk in Cincinnati or in the Bronx, same crime, same fine.

This brilliant idea would eliminate any corruption or manipulating of the laws for the benefit or profit of some crooked – greedy  judge that needs a swimming pool – a new car – a few dollars to tuck away for a rainy day or that is just an imbecile. Why there is such a disparity between jurisdictions, I  have no idea.

Suggestions like mine are too simple and too common sensed for a politician to come up with.  I didn’t have to set up a 45 man committee to meet in Las Vegas for 2 weeks on an all expenses pain vacation – hire 4 czars to oversee the matter; just good old fashion G-2.

If my suggestion had been on the books when the brat killed four people; he would have been making license plates  a long time ago.

Consistency in the law and keep the crooked – greedy – ignorant judges from behind the bench.  That is the key to equality in the law.

I forgot to mention; no early releases. Lots of that been going on these days in the home stretch.
