Bottom feeder claimed dog killed his iguana

This bottom feeder has brought a new meaning to animal cruelty and the world of insanity. Evans RAPED and murdered an emotional support service dog in March. He told investigators in Washington State he hanged the 3-year-old pit bull  from a tree in the forest because the animal killed his pet iguana.

Here is the clincher. The judge that heard this sub-humans case allowed him to post a $50,000 bail and than released him back into the public, putting this obviously sick in the head varmint back on the streets.

I am just an ordinary, logical thinking person, never claimed to be a ralohcs.   Is there something wrong with this picture or is it just me. This sick bastard just RAPED, killed and hung a dog and the judge feels he is not a menace to society???? This animal killer and abuser should never be able to walk the streets again. If he can do these unspeakable things to an animal, just thing what he would do to some little kid that walked on his grass.

Many of the judges out there are not competent enough to wear the robe.  Where is their good common-sense?? It is AWOL!!!!
