    Let it rot. I say he murdered that kid. Over the course of my career, I have seen people who were in fights, and he did not have anything of the bruising except for one little boo-boo. He knew he could overpower that kid, and I say it was Murder First Degree with Intent. Gun should have been cut and melted with a welding torch.
