The former State Department IT specialist who set up Hillary Clinton’s private server ignored a subpoena to appear Tuesday before a House committee hearing, while other tech experts who helped maintain the system asserted their Fifth Amendment right not to testify – frustrating Republican lawmakers trying to dig deeper into the former secretary of state’s email setup.
House oversight committee Chairman Jason Chaffetz, R-Utah, said he’ll now consider a “full range of options” to address IT aide Bryan Pagliano’s “failure” to attend.
“He should be here. … It is not optional,” Chaffetz said. “His attendance is required here.”
Are you kidding me??? The dude doesn’t even show up for the hearing after he was subpoenaed by congress and the stooges that did show, they take the 5th.
All I can say to congress; you have no balls at all. The only balls you use are the ones on the fairway.
This afternoon, this lad should be in hand-cuffs and on the outside looking in. When is the government going to quit protecting BB and all of her henchmen?? The USA at this juncture can’t ever, ever, ever criticize any other government for being corrupted.
If this co-conspirator of BB’s was an average Joe Blow American, his defiant ass would have been crushing rocks a year ago for his refusal to testify against her; the person that is putting all of loyal sheep in harm’s way, who eventually, when the truth is revealed, they are all going to swing from the yardarm.
Let us wait and see if she helps them when their chip are down!!!!
They are all banking on the fact that; if they stall long enough and BB get the nod for the Big Chair, it will be too late to prosecute her. Talk about blatant corruption at its highest level.
I can’t wait to see all of the rats abandon ship if and when the ship of fools starts sinking. They will all be throwing anchors at one another instead if life-jackets.
