GLASGOW, Mont. — An eastern Montana man has been given a 30-year suspended prison sentence after pleading guilty to raping his 12-year-old daughter last year.

This brain-dead  judge named John McKeon sentenced this dog they call a man to 60 days in jail for incest in the raping of his own 12-year-old daughter, a crime that could have carried a 30 years sentence.

Not only did the benevolent, unfit to wear a judicial bastard,  give him a ridiculous sentence, he also credited the perverted son of a bitch 17 days off the sentence for time served.  Doing this complex math problem; this bitch only served  43 days for raping his own daughter.

Ignorance like this just reinforces my opinion that ALL sentences in the USA should fall under standard federal guidelines.   A crime committed in Texas or in Alaska will have the same sentence. No exceptions.

Guidelines such as that would prevent imbecile, mentally retarded, on the take judges from having the authority to pull stunts like this. Where is the justice for the 12-year-old girl?

It wouldn’t surprise me if his dishonorable gave this worm unsupervised visitation rights.

The corruption, the ignorance, and mismanagement of judicial system boggles my mind.

It seems the bigger the crime the lesser the time. Right BB??????
