Michigan man arrested on 14th DUI charge:

A Mount Clemens man, 54-year-old Zenon Bialokur has been jailed after he was arrested for his fourteenth drunken driving offense.

By the looks of Zenon; it appears he could use a couple drink to straighten out. 

14th drunk driving offense?? I would think that after the 3rd or 4th offense the authorities would have thrown this drunken dude in prison for few years and get him off the streets.

Authorities learned Bialokur has been convicted for Operating While Intoxicated on 13 times since 1998. Bialokur has also had his driving privilege suspended 12 times, and has been convicted 10 times of driving on a suspended license.

Just a suggestion to the law in Mt Clemens; for the sake of public safety, make sure there is never a 15th. I am surprised this guy hasn’t killed someone.

Could be Zenon was one of Obama’s early releases or was he the recipient one of the 1,000’s of a presidential pardon.  We all know what their recidivism rate is. Never know.
