This lady has a very tough job trying to stay loyal to her boss PDT and still attempt to maintain some dignity when situations like Mike Flynn’s comes up.

No one like to admit fault or deception. What is their first instinct when they are boxed in or their back is against the wall? They have one of two options; come clean, which is always hard to do when trying to protect someone, OR try to bull shit their way out of the situation.

Why the hell Mick Flynn had contact with the Russian Ambassador, discussing the imposed sanctions before PDT got elected and lied about it, is anyone’s guess. We can go all the way to being a spy or stupidity.

It was the smart thing for Flynn to do was resign BUT, always the BIG BUT; he sure put PDT in a rough spot, especially when he already has half of the world throwing rocks at him already.

There are going to be many more bumps in the road during the Trump administration. It is always the best policy,  telling the truth up front, take the lumps and march on.  We have seen from previous administrations just how bad it looks when someone starts off in the denial or lying mode.
