Exercise may cancel out heart risks if you’re overweight and middle-age
GOOD news for a lot of puggy people out there. Even of you are middle-aged, fat and out of shape, there is still hope for your longevity if you get off the couch and onto the treadmill.

According to an observational study in the Netherlands, even if you keep the weight on BUT, get off of your BUTT and exercise, your chances of making it to the finish line greatly increase by decreasing the risk of heart disease.
Now don’t go nuts and start jamming all the pork hocks and chicken wings you can eat down your throat; gotta be a reasonable hog.

Just like when the medical community came out and stated wine is good for a person; that doesn’t mean you can drink 2 bottles a day.
