I can sum that up in a few words. Arrogance, overly confident, bad advisors, didn’t take PDT seriously, mismanagement, corrupt, lies like a rug, a group of fools for supporters; last but not least; Wild Bill!!  Sorry if I missed a few.

I think that pretty much sums it up.
