Mr. O is not the only X-president that is cleaning house on the speaking tour. GWB made a fortune doing the same. BUT, GWB, in my opinion, is one heartless dude. He charge the Veterans Administration over $100,000.00 for an appearance and insisted on a private jet for transportation that cost the VA another 20 G’s. He didn’t want to wrinkle that $2,000.00 suit he was wearing by flying commercial.

Now here is a guy; because of his poor judgement and taking the advice from his sidekick that called himself a VP, they put all of the vets in hospital beds and wheel chairs when they invaded Iraq illegally. He has taken big time fees that could have been put to better use from organizations that are dedicated to help our vets. That is pretty low. It is not like the guy was going to miss any meals. GW is estimated to be worth $35,000,000.00. NEVER worked a day in his life!!

I will compare politicians to a cliche I made up about Catholic priests. I never saw a skinny priest driving an old car!!
The same goes for the political thieves. Some of them go into office with cardboard inside their shoes because they have holes in them and come out riding in a limo.

Another cliche I made up. They say (I could never figure out who THEY is); prostitution is the oldest occupation in the world. My take on it is; I say a politicians was her pimp. Naturally, the politician had to come before the ladies of the night.
With the exception of some people like GWB and the Clinton’s that hoses people they shouldn’t; I don’t blame the politicians for taking money for speaking engagements, BUT always the BIG BUT; I always question the sanity of the fools that are paying them. I put them on the same level as sports team owner that pays some dude $ 250.000.000.00 to throw a basa-ball.
My parents used to say; don’t you know there are people in this world that are starving to death?
Politicians know exactly what they are doing when they throw their hat in the political ring. When they get it back, they are absolutely sure it is going to be loaded with $$$$ .
