There is a very fine line on this one, to the necessity of the cops opening fire.

If he was trying to kill them with his car, I would say they are Justified. But, for them to open fire on the car itself and injuring two other people, I think is above and beyond the steps they should have taken.

If he or the other people in the car had a gun and were firing at the cops, that would have been a different story.

Will some of these Cowboys ever learn?? It doesn’t look like it to me.

I still say in most cases, if there is no crime committed, there is no necessity for police intervention.
