It is about time the anti-American owners made a move. I will bet all the cash I have hidden under my bed; the only reason they did it is because it was hurting their bottom line.

Passing new regulations and enforcing them is another story. I will have a wait-and-see attitude to see if all the players comply with the New Order.

I am not hopeful.
