This case is a perfect examle of why I am in favor of national guidelines for sentencing.
One crime in Alaska has the same penalty as the same crime in Florida, All predetermined by the federal government.
This pattern takes the dishonest, ignorant and PC judges out of decision making.
Sounds simple to me, that is if the politicians don’t get in involved.
