The Cowardly deputy told every lie he could think of to try and justify his inappropriate response to a tragic situation.
The fact Still Remains, He crumbled in the line of duty and may have caused more deaths than if he responded appropriately.
God Hates a Coward
He should be charged with dereliction of Duty and have some sort of penalty imposed on him.
