Anthony Bourdain, CNN host and celebrity chef, dead at 61

It is no secret that Bourdain was into drugs (to what extent I don’t know) and a heavy hitter when it came to the Fire Water. Many of his shows I watched, his eyes looked like to piss holes in a snowbank from partying the night before.

I have to give the man credit, he did not try to conceal his life style and put it right on front-street. BUTT, it seems that his own dog came back and bit him in the ass. So it is very possible that under the influence he took his own life. Proving once again; all the glitters is not gold.

He made a facetious or joking statement directed toward his mother on one of his programs that I saw when he was half in the bag. Evidently Bourdain was a foul ball growing up and his mother tried to put him on the straight and narrow.  Throwing a dig or kidding to his Ma Ma he said; aren’t you glad I didn’t listen to you Ma Ma??  Obviously he was bragging about his success in life. Maybe he should have listened to his Ma Ma!!

In one of his tirades directed at PDT, who he despised so intently, Bourdain said;

Anthony Bourdain, celebrity chef and outspoken host of CNN’s “Parts Unknown,” says he will not eat in restaurants owned by president-elect Donald Trump.

“I will never eat in his restaurant,” Bourdain said in an interview with Eater published Wednesday. “I have utter contempt for him, utter and complete contempt.”

It looks like Tony will not have that issue to deal with now.

RIP Tony – for all he had going for himself, he was a very troubled man.
