In my opinion when someone is positively guilty and they plead not guilty, they should be sentenced double the penalty.

I think with that in mind, we would see more guilty pleas and save the court a hell of a lot of money.

That move would certainly piss off all the ambulance Chasers.

It is no secret that they are basically the root of the problem. If guilty were made, there would be a multitude of attorneys standing in the soup line.
