Assemblywoman Shirley Weber, a San Diego Democrat, introduced the new measure concerning police’s use of force.

IT would be very interesting to see how the critics would react if they were standing face to face with a crazed killer with a pistol in their hand waiting to blow their head off.
They have no idea on what stress and strain levels some cops are chasing or confronting a criminal with a weapon. The Adrenalin is running high and some very quick, life and death decisions have to be made in a microsecond.
Weber wants to introduce new legislation on how the cops should interpret the use of deadly force. I think in addition, people like Weber should go on a traveling crusade around the country trying to EDUCATE the criminals and potentially future criminal on how not to break the law.
This is a very critical issue that many of the FOLKS are forgetting. If there is NO infraction of the law committed, there is no necessity for police intervention. No police intervention, no unnecessary beating or shooting.
The entire concept should not only be to re-interrupt what fear level every person has, everyone has a different boiling point. It should be focused 1st on crime prevention and 2nd on rouge cops that should never have been given a gun or a badge. No police intervention, no unnecessary beating or shooting.
Then we have people like Sen. Steven Bradford come up with observations that are only partially right:

“It always blows me away when law enforcement only fear for their life only when they’re facing black and brown people, “We don’t have a problem with law enforcement, we’ve got a problem with racism.”
Is it possible that a pattern has been set that black people commits a large percentage of the crimes? It is only natural that cops are tuned into that fact ??
Fact:
It’s important to note that black men commit nearly half of all murders in this country, which is astounding when you take into consideration the fact that they only make up 12-13 per cent of the population.
Overly zealous/out of control cops are only a part of the problem in the black community. Again; if there is NO infraction of the law committed, there is no necessity for police intervention. No police intervention, no unnecessary beatings or shootings.
Any problem that we face in life will never be corrected of we do not get to the root. The root of the problem in the black community is poverty, lack of parental supervision and role-models, which in some incidents perpetuates crime. No crime, no cops.
Are the COWBOYS COPS a big factor in race relations?? Absolutely yes and should be addressed with intensity. Any cop that goes over the line should be held accountable and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. BUTT if there are NO infractions of the law committed, there is no necessity for police intervention. No police intervention, no unnecessary beating or shooting.
I would like to see people like Weber and Bradford make a valid effort to get to the root of the problem in their community. If and when (it never will happen) that is resolved, then they have a legitimate argument.
ALWAYS keep in mind, the key to producing law-abiding citizens in any race is EDUCATION that should be begin at birth.
The most important thing we can do for future is to make sure they have an
