Some of these Rogue cops will never learn. It sounds to me like the kid was shot in the back when was running away, posed no threat to the cop and was shot on justifiably.

In cases like this, if what is printed is accurate, the cop was absolutely wrong and should be penalized to the fullest extent of the law.

When are they ever going to learn??? How sad
