Soon there will be only one Blockbuster video store left in the US

Time marches on and takes no prisoners in its wake.  The one-time blockbuster, Blockbuster, may soon be history all together.

Two of the three remaining Blockbuster video locations in the U.S. will soon close, according to an announcement made Thursday.

Blockbuster Alaska announced the closure of its two Anchorage stores, saying inventory will be liquidated through the months of July and August.

I am positive, in its hay-day the video giant made mooch $oldi. Now the time has come in evolution for the worm to turn and close its stores.

With the advent of TOOLS like Firestick, Netflix and the rest, no one sees the necessity to get off their fat ass and go rent a movie.  The prices for Netflix and the others are so ridiculously cheap, it is hard not to subscribe.

For 8    a month, a family has access to more movies than they can possibly watch.

It is my prediction, in the near future, movie theaters are going to be the thing of the past.  To start with, the population is getting so lazy, why get dressed and go out when a person can sit in their skivvies and jam down week old pizza  and Orville Redenbacher microwave pop corn.

Who in the hell ever figured that telephone pay phones would become obsolete?

It is really scary that, as I am banging these keys, there is some nut case, mad scientist out there trying to develop some gadget that will replace me some day.

What do you think the self-check-outs in all the stores is all about. They are trying to phase out as much of the human race as they possibly can.

Remember what I said about robots. I hope someday one of these weird bird scientist comes home and finds Roby the robot in bed banging his old lady. Don’t laugh folks, it probably is happening already.

Beside being a machine, this hunk of junk does have to worry about Viagra or any other means to get the EXTRA KICK. It can go for years without any outside help.

Guys, I think eventually, if things keep regressing as they are, we are all going to be obsolete.  The vibrator started the movement years ago and now Roby the robot is going to put the final stamp to our demise as lovers.

I am a little distant away from where this post was going. BUTT it is all relevant.  In my opinion, if progress does not benefit the masses, it should not be considered progress.

These changes in our social and physical behavior patterns are only making mankind more pathetic than we already are. If mankind survives, I would love to see what kind of blob people will have evolved into in the next 50 – 100 years.

SOOOO, is shutting the doors Blockbuster and other companies like it a big deal?? Absolutely yes.  What they call progress, is killing not only the Americans, BUTT people all around the world.

When we have money mongers like the Jeff Baby, who wants to deliver goods ordered from his company Amazon in 30 minutes by drones, that is just adding fat to the fire.
