The only true Justice in this whole scenario is, the court system makes him suffer as much as he made his patients suffer.

Possibly he could be injected with the leprosy virus, that way parts of him will fall off a little at a time. I think that’s a fair trade-off. That’s exactly what he did to the patients he diagnosed with cancer and didn’t have it.
