It would ease some of the financial bleeding if the inhabitants of the island would be self-sufficient.

Many of them, like some of the recipients of welfare in the United States have been on relief so long they do not know or care what the four letter word WORK means.

Give a man a fish he eats for one day; give a man a fishing rod he eats for life.

Assisting with some of the financial burden, all able-bodied citizens must be required to daily tasks to assist in the restoration and their country.

Give a man a fish he eats for one day, give a man a fishing ridge eats for life.
