Forget about the Fifth Amendment. What if this ignorant judge had some fool come into his house and insult him. Would he have the right to prevent this person from admission to his house?

Many of these constitutional rights are manipulated and twisted to apply to different conditions and situations.

I think that each scenario oughta be evaluated individually.
