I agree the lack of discipline is the Achilles heel with PDT.

When the going gets rough he throws the deck of cards in the air and hopes they fall the right way.

He has had things his way most of his life and can not accept criticism or being sad no to.

That is not a very positive trait for a superior leader. They must always have an eye open mind and evaluate eack situation individually.

PDT changed people in his cabinet more than he changes his socks.
