USA TODAY: VA failed to adequately manage police force

Any organization that big and that’s spread out as the VA absolutely needs a supervising Authority at each location that is responsible for all of the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly activities. No one man can assume that responsibility and perform the job diligently.
Let us not forget, the VA of all places should be operated like a military operation/ facility
