That is the reason Cavanaugh was put there. A Step in the right direction
Unless anybody has served in the military, they cannot understand the complexity of dealing with transgender people in the ranks.
I think for the betterment of all Parties concerned; if transgender people want to serve their country, why not set up a separate organization for them. This way no one is stepping on anyone else’s toes or other body parts.
There is always a solution if people take the time to analyze the situation.
