Kelly can be considered a hell of a lot worse than his cousin Chris Brown. As far as we know, Brown is just a rapist and an abuser. When Kelly is threatened with exposure, he puts out a hit on his victims.

How many scumbag celebs of all races have bought their way out of a jack-pot?? Too many to count. It is a shame the $$$$ in this world superseded justice for the victims.

It is a combination of crooked/stupid judges – big time $$$$ that buys the best ambulance chasers, that has been constantly bought these bums their freedom.
