On Thursday Ms. Ocasio-Cortez unveiled her vaunted Green New Deal, complete with the details of how Democrats plan to reach climate nirvana in a mere 10 years. It came in the form of a resolution, sponsored in the Senate by Massachusetts’ Edward Markey, on which AOC is determined to force a full House vote. That means every Democrat in Washington will get to go on the record in favor of abolishing air travel, outlawing steaks, forcing all American homeowners to retrofit their houses, putting every miner, oil rigger, livestock rancher and gas-station attendant out of a job, and spending trillions and trillions more tax money. Oh, also for government-run health care, which is somehow a prerequisite for a clean economy.

I don’t know; as crooked as politics is, is it possible the republicans may secretly, behind-closed-doors financing this loony-bird to make a fool out of herself and her socio-democratic party.

Anyone with the least bit of common-sense (that eliminates a lot of people) has to see what this lady is now supporting/proposing is absolutely ass-a-nine. Just outlawing steaks has gotta piss off 90% of the population, no matter what party they support.

A couple of saying may apply to Ocassio while she is lost in her state of nirvana; give her a sharp knife and she will cut her own throat or give her enough rope and she will hang herself. 

Initially when she came on the political scene her proposals were not as radical as they are now.

One or two of the items on her platform even made some sense. BUTT now; abolishing air travel, outlawing steaks, forcing all American homeowners to retrofit their houses, putting every miner, oil rigger, livestock rancher and gas-station attendant out of a job, and spending trillions and trillions more tax money. Holy Toledo Batman, this lady really has gone off the deep end.

With these latest revelations, I think Occsio believes the more radical she becomes, the more support she will receive. It is working just the opposite.

If she ever makes it to the top, I hope she will not outlaw pizza and pasta fagioli. Now that would be tragic.
