Now let us call them as we see them.
I love to AXE stupid questions, because I love to see how stupid the answers are.
If ANY person was convicted a a crime in the past and were up on chargers for a another crime years later; do we think (COMMON-SENSE) that their past crime should be admissible or relevant to their new crimes??
The answer SHOULD BE and overwhelming YES!!! BUTT not as far as R Kelly is concerned. In his interview with CBS; Kelly feels that anything he did in the past that would make him look bad should not be admissible in court. GMAFB

This is for starters:
In his first interview since being charged with sexual abuse, singer R. Kelly told “CBS This Morning” co-host Gayle King the accusations are lies. The charges involve four women, three of whom were underage at the time of the alleged events.
“They are still talking about you with underage girls. Do you still sit here and say you have never been with underage girls. Can you really say that?” King asked.
“I sit here and say this: I had two cases back then that I said in the beginning of the interview that I would not talk about because of my ongoing case now,” Kelly said.
“Fair enough, but I will tell you this: people are going back to my past, OK? That’s exactly what they’re doing. They’re going back to the past, and they trying to add all of this stuff now to that. To make all of this stuff that’s going on now feels real to people,” he continued.
“But the past is relevant with you with underage girls?” King asked.
“Absolutely, no it’s not,” Kelly said. “Because for one, I beat my case. When you beat something, you beat it.”
“You were acquitted,” King said.
“You can’t double-jeopardy me like that. You can’t. It’s not fair. It’s not fair to nobody. When you beat your case, you beat your case,” Kelly said.
I certainly hope the perception of the public has changed with their views on celebrities that commit crimes. There are some sympathetic fools out there that would support the criminal, EVEN if they executed their mother. OJ’s trial was a prime example. Ornethal was wrong as the day is long and walked away laughing at the system and all of the idiots that supported him.

I thought he was guilty, but glad he beat the rap

Tell me that is not pathetic!!!
Let us hope that history does not repeat itself in R Kelly’s situation. He feels because years back, in his words, beat the rap, in his twisted mind, he feels he did nothing wrong and that information should not be admissible in his up and coming trial.
There are a couple of people that win in these cases; the degenerate bums that commit the crimes and their ambulance chasers that rake in the millions getting these criminals acquitted.
Justice would be served if the ladies who were Kelly’s victims, had their day in court and put the song singing thug away for years.
To all of the sympathizers out there that adore R Kelly. What if one of these girls was your sister. I am almost afraid to AXE the questions because of the stupidity of some people.
