It’s nothing else, The Kid Dick-Tator is a very consistent person. We only know if he’s lying if his lips are moving.

I doubt very much if there ever will be a solid agreement that he would abide by/agree to.

One of the biggest considerations in the far East is; saving face. For him to make an agreement with PDT would only demonstrate his weakness to his people and the world.

Meanwhile, we have to keep our eye on the hog and our finger on the trigger.
