California killer accused of beheading, torturing cellmate

Jaime Osuna, a convicted killer has been accused of beheading Luis Romero, another in what authorities call a sadistic torture slaying at a California state prison. The Kings County district attorney charged 31-year-old Jaime Osuna with murder in last month’s death of Romero, his Corcoran State Prison cellmate. This freak shown above used a very sharp homemade instrument to dissect one of his prison mates. What is puzzling to me; dissecting someone is not a 5 minute operation. Where the hell were the guards when the cutter was in high gear??

Bigger questions. Why are animals like this ever born?? As I heard so many times before by some very foolish people when a tragedy happens; it is god’s way. GMAFB

I am going to give Osuna the benefit of the doubt and say; possibly the dude he took apart deserved what he got??? We can label it prison justice.
