Possibility:
The word on the street is; Lemon got mad when the barkeep AXED him to get his purse and makeup off the bar. An argument ensued, Lemon reached into his purse, pulled out a dildo and smacked the barkeep in the kisser with it.
2nd and more credible story circulating is:
Dustin Hice, of Florida, stated in the lawsuit that he was living in the Hamptons and working at The Old Stove Pub in Sagaponack during the summer of 2018. On July 15, after closing, Hice claimed he left with the owner and co-workers to party at another bar, Murf’s Backstreet Tavern, in Sag Harbor, where they saw Lemon. Recognizing the newsman, Hice offered to buy him a vodka drink called a “lemon drop,” according to the suit. Lemon declined the offer, Hice claimed, but later approached him inside the establishment.
“[Lemon] put his hand down the front of his own shorts, and vigorously rubbed his genitalia, removed his hand and shoved his index and middle fingers into Plaintiff’s mustache and under Plaintiff’s nose,” according to the lawsuit, filed Aug. 11 in Suffolk County Court, and first reported by Mediaite. NAUGHTY BOY!!!!!
It is not my policy to bust someones balls OR their whatevers over their personal preferences, BUTT Don Lemon has to be the exception. When someone is as nasty with his criticism as he is, he deserves to get his tomatoes smashed.
Then the real colors come out:
In the suit, Hice also said Lemon’s off-screen demeanor was in stark contrast to the “Me Too” advocate who he often saw on TV.
“When the cameras are turned off, however, Mr. Lemon’s actions are in stark and disturbing contrast to the public persona he attempts to convey,” the suit reads.
If convicted, is it possibly Lemon will have the nuts to call and AXE PDT for a pardon?? Stranger things have happened.

I would suggest that Donny Lemon stick to Lemonade and leave the fire-water to the Indians.
