I don’t know what all the concern is over some degenerate – kidnapping – child molester – rapist death is.
I would not be a bit surprised if the staff deliberately avoided checking on the scumbag. There are a lot of people that do look favorably on child-sex-traffickers.
Look at all the pluses to his demise – no lengthily court trial – eliminate the cost of housing the degenerate for the rest of hid life ( if found guilty ) – rid the earth of another sub-human being – etc..
Only one minus, he took a lot of secrets to the grave.
At this point, I would say, let the sleeping dog lie. Our worthless politicians have a lot more important things to do (if they ever get off their ass) than worry about beside a possibly illegal incident, that did the world a favor.
