President Trump decision to end DACA was lawful, Justice Department says

All TMC did during his presidency, either directly or behind closed doors, was pushing his socialist agenda clandestinely, trying to stack the deck by loading up the country that he and his henchmen could control.

The Justice Department submitted a legal brief to the Supreme Court Monday that stated President Trump acted lawfully when he decided to end the Obama-era immigration program known as DACA in September of 2017, according to a new report.

The Department of Homeland Security, “correctly, and at a minimum reasonably, concluded that DACA is unlawful,” Justice Department lawyers wrote in a brief submitted to the Supreme Court late Monday.

What is DACA and its purpose?The purpose of DACA is to protect eligible immigrant youth who came to the United States when they were children from deportation. DACA gives young undocumented immigrants: 1) protection from deportation, and 2) a work permit. The program expires after two years, subject to renewal.

It is gratifying to see that the Supreme Court has awaken to the fact that TMC’s objective/motives were not on the up and up. He is one of the best SMOKE SCREENERS in the bid-ness.

This is one of the reasons the far-left-socialists fools are pushing for making it legal for illegals and 16 year old kids to vote.
