NYT updates Kavanaugh ‘bombshell’ to note accuser doesn’t recall alleged assault
The update fron the New York Times included the significant detail that several friends of the alleged victim said she did not recall the supposed sexual assault in question at all. The Times also stated for the first time that the alleged victim refused to be interviewed, and has made no comment about the episode.
A false accusation can be and many times are as bad as if the act really occurred. The stigma stays with the person for the rest of their lives. It is absolutely necessary that before any accusation is made, everything is done to prove or disprove its authenticity.
Lets face it folks; in the Kavanaugh witch hunt, the main focus is to get to PDT not as much as it is to THE JUDGE. All because Donald Trump kicked CHC’s ass in the election.
I believe anyone that is caught making deliberate false accusations should be prosecuted and made to pay for their recklessness.
