I gotta wonder; how about a what if. What if if the prosecutor was having dinner with the wife and kids, if some street person stood in front of the window of the eatery, whipped out Mr. Jones and took a piss all over the window. ORRR, if the same person dropped their drawers and pinched a loaf?? ORR again, how about if that person took a dump on the prosecutors door step of his private residence??
This kind of liberalism/permissive mentality is the reason the City by the Bay is in the condition it is in. Is there an end to the ignorance of their law maker?? Does not look like it to me. Do the fools ever stop to think of the other citizens and the health threat it causes them??
Society can not function properly without rules, regulations and enforcing them. It is a proven fact.
The fools out there passed a law that they will not prosecute anyone for a crime valued under 950.00$ and it has come back to bite them in the ass big time. The crime rate has sky-rocketed. They must all live in a masochistic society and love to be beat on.
