The citizens of Hong Kong are willing to sacrifice their lives in order to maintain the freedom they had when the city was a democracy ruled by the British. They want the same freedoms that the citizens of the USA have.
Across the pond in the USA; there are groups of fools that disapprove of the democratic society and want to turn it into a socialist state, not very different from the way mainland China is ruled. Plain and simple. the anti-democracy fools in the USA really don’t know he good they have it.

The moral of the story is; many fools in the USA have a loaf of bread under each arm and are still bitching, because of stupidity or being anti-American, just how well off they have it.
