Warning and olive branch
The president threatened Iran with additional sanctions and said his administration is considering its “options.” He also appeared to offer the Iranians an olive branch, signaling the United States does not seek a war with Tehran.

No one but a lunatic can disagree that PDT is making a solid effort to avert war. BUTT at the same time, for 3.5 years there have been countless fools disagreeing with whatever he does. He is damned if he does and damned if he does.
The hand-writing is on the wall; BUTT the Iranian government keeps erasing it. Just like The Kid Dick-Tator will never give up his nuclear weapons, neither will Iran willfully sign and abide by any long range agreement. Their history has told exactly who and what they are; professional terrorists.
