CALABASAS, CALIF– Officials in Los Angeles said late Sunday that dense fog in Southern California likely played a role in the deadly crash in Calabasas that claimed the lives of nine people, including NBA great  Kobe Bryant and his teenage daughter.

No matter how you are or how wealthy you are; the devil is around the corner waiting to pounce. There are absolutely no guarantees in life, but one, death. We never know when the Grim Reaper is going to strike us down with his cycle of death.

It is very sad news for the Bryant family as well as the rest of the world, the loss of Kobe, his daughter and the others that were killed in the helicopter crash.

I can only imagine the horror Kobe and the rest of the people on the plane experienced as they plummeted toward the ground.

We can live our lives in fear or paranoia, but we should live with a degree of caution, especially in these crazy times, and do not go here we do not belong or do foolish things that may turn out disastrous.

RIP to Kobe, his daughter, the other victims and condolences to their families.
