Possibly; if the authorities would act a little sooner in these cases and give the families of the victims satisfaction that justice is being served; instead of being forced into making a move because of public opinion, and or riots, and demonstrations; we could eliminate all of this unimaginable destruction.

Let us hope we are turning a corner to racial harmony a little at a time and that the precedents which are now being set are lasting!! A new broom always sweeps clean.
