Girl-power shift marked a first in department’s 57-year-history

I truly believe that equality at all levels is fantastic. My only concern in situations like this; are these ladies as physically strong as a man if the had to carry a 400 pound dude out of a burning building.

Other than that; HURRAY for the ladies. They are an example to other people; if you really want something bad enough, work hard for it and the sky or the extension ladder is attainable.
