I am ALMOST positive; if the black community had absolute proof that one of their citizens committing a crime and was justifiably beaten or killed in its commission, the open minded/common-sensed ones could see the justification.

This kind of brutality has to come to an end. I still contend that my recommendation of; COPS POLICING COP, is one of the best solutions anyone has come up with. I have not heard a better remedy. The rogue cops would either be stopped by their partners in the commission of the offense or would hesitate.

Come on politicians; get off your dead ass and pass this kind of legislation throughout the country. It is apparent that these crazy bastards have no intention of pulling back.
