ACLU lawsuit sought release of medically vulnerable inmates due to COVID concerns

If the ACLU feel so strongly about releasing hardened criminals into the public, possibly their heads of state will like to invite all of the hardcore criminals to live with them. Or is their motto the same as the politicians; as long as it is not in my neighborhood??

I can see releasing low level criminals for the sake of medical concerns, but not murderers and child molesters.

“We’ve released 1,400 inmates to date since March for low-level offenders. The only inmates remaining now are serious offenders,” he explained. “Of the medically vulnerable, 90 of them are in custody for murder or attempted murder, 94 for child molestation.”

The radical ACLU in many cases has been a pain in the ass for years.
