• “I promise you I will fire you on the spot,” he told those who might disrespect colleagues.
• The comments were made during a swearing-in ceremony for hundreds of new staffers.

I agree with the New Guy; BUTT we have to practice what we preach and lead by example.

I know it is very difficult to control ones emotions in the heat of an argument, BUTT our leaders are supposed to be professionals by setting a good example for the kids. That also applies to all the numerous insults Trump unleashed through the years.

Is this a new J J we are seeing or just another smoke screen?? For now I will give the man the benefit of the doubt and hope he proves me wrong. Let us see how he reacts when his back is really against the wall.
