LA County increases police funding by $36 million after defund movement backfires
LAPD’s budget was cut by $150 million last summer
When reality sets in and their stupidity is realized; the foolish fathers of LA County realize they can not operate their county effectively and safely with half of a police force.
Act 2: Now they should allow the cops to do their jobs as they were trained for. Speak to the criminals in a language they understand.
It is hard to fathom that so many pathetic nincompoops’ around the country ever thought they could operate with a diminished police force or none at all. It probably has cost the cities involved in riots a combined total of billion$ of dollar$ just because some fools have a hard-on for the boys and girls in blue.
Now possibly they will get their heads out of where the sun does not shine and take more COMMON-SENSE approach to correct some of their other problems. Lord knows they have many!!
Just a little clue to the city officials. This is not going to go away by itself. It requires a hard-nosed, hands on operation to correct. Just like the cops defund did not work, neither will this total neglect get better by itself!!
I have no immediate plans for the next couple of years.
I hope their epiphany is recognized by the other cities that are suffering from the same conditions. Maybe (I doubt it) it is not too late.
