Parasitic politician
An organism that lives in or on an organism of another species (its host) and benefits by deriving nutrients at the other’s expense. “the parasite attaches itself to the mouths of fishes”
Can’t get much closer than that!! They really believe it’s coming out of their pocket.
And don’t you think for one minute but they really believe it is coming out of their pocket. The vast majority of the parasitic politicians have lost sight of the fact as to why they were elected. To serve the people not themselves.
It is absolutely beyond absurdity MANY politicians have become so corrupt and self-serving that they have total disregard for the people who put him in office. The only thing that is in there viewfinder is; how much they’re gonna get when they walk out the back door.
Not all, BUTT most, walk in the front door with holes in their shoes and in a very short time walk out the back door to their waiting chauffer driven stretch limo.
